Account Registration & Eligibility
To use the winzo platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential, and this information must not be shared with any third party. winzo reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of false information being provided.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy
All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and must be completed through the designated payment methods. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform, and any attempt at illegal transactions or money laundering is strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, depending on the payment method and verification process. If a suspicious transaction is detected, winzo may temporarily suspend the relevant account until the investigation is complete. Users must ensure that the payment method used is registered exclusively in their own name.
Platform Use & Gaming Code of Conduct

If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without permission. Attempting to analyse the platform's code or database through reverse engineering is prohibited. The user bears full responsibility for any content they upload to the platform. winzo reserves the right to remove any user-uploaded content it deems appropriate.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
Winzo is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, network issues, or third-party errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted free service is made. Any dispute must first be submitted to our support team for resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.
Changes to Terms & Their Effect
Winzo reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform after they are made. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via their registered email or through the platform.
